Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. The shipping cost shown at checkout will be $0.00 for eligible U.S. orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time, including processing and transit, is usually 3–6 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders through reliable U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and package size.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you need shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can help resolve the issue.
